Kindergarten

• Gold – knowing all LID, sound, 1-20, color and shapes
• Silver – knowing 75% of the above
• Bronze – knowing 50% of the above  

1st grade

We are looking at 20 areas to include reading, math, and life long learning

• Gold= 80% 3’s, 20% 2’s, OR all 3’s, no 1’s
• Silver= 50% mix of 2’s and 3’s, no 1’s
• Bronze= less than 50% 3’s, AND/OR all 2’s, no 1’s

2nd grade

• Gold 90% Reading / Math 9/10 3’s or move up 10 levels in DRA, No 1’s
• Silver 80% Reading / Math 8/10 3’s or move up 8 levels in DRA, No 1’s
• Bronze 70% Reading / Math 7/10 3’s or move up 6 levels in DRA, Only one 1

3rd& 4th Grade

• Gold 20 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined) or 90% 3’s on standards evaluated on report card. No 1’s.
• Silver 15 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined) or 85% 3’s on standards evaluated on report card. No more than 2 1’s.
• Bronze 10 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined) or 80 % 3’s on standards evaluated on report card. No more than 3 1’s.

5th and 6th Grade  

• Gold – 20 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined) or3.75 – 4.0 and No c’s, d’s, f’s
• Silver 15 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined) or3.5 – 3.74 and Only one c, no d’s, no f’’s
• Bronze 10 points gain on MAPS score (all areas combined or 3.0 – 3.49 and No D’s,  no f’’s

*Students who have received a discipline referral are not eligible for renaissance awards

*Most Improved Award- for one student who doesn’t meet the above criteria but still deserves recognition
