This form is provided for the reporting of potential fraud in Los Lunas Schools programs and operations. These reports will be delivered to the Superintendent for review, and will be kept confidential and anonymous. You can also call the Los Lunas Schools Fraud Hotline at (505) 866-9494.
When making a report, please give as much information as you feel comfortable providing. The information you provide will be used to investigate the incident.
