Reporting an Absence

When a child is going to be absent from school, parents should notify the school as soon as possible. The primary method for reporting an absence is online:

1. Go to your school website.
2. Click on the Parents tab at the bottom right of your screen.
3. Click on Report an Absence.
4. Fill out the online form. You may also upload any documents to the form detailing the reason for your child's absence (i.e. doctor's note).
5. Click Submit.

The information is then immediately sent to the school secretary to record the absence.

Another option to report your child's absence is to go to your child's school and provide the necessary documents detailing the reason for missing school.
