NMAA Sports Physicals

Students may begin getting their sports physicals for the 2023-2024 school year. Students must have their physical dated April 1, 2023 or after to be eligible for participation for the 2023-2024 school year.

Once the physical forms have been completed, you must upload them to the Rank One website.

NOTE:
The summer is an extension of the prior school year. Students are eligible to participate in summer activities if they had a physical completed on or after April 1, 2022.
