If you experience problems or have questions on Canvas unrelated to logging in, please call 1-844-865-2568 for Student/Parent Support. For Teacher support, call 1-833-879-0862. Phone support is available 24/7. You may also get help by going to the Canvas Support Site.

For all other issues, please contact your teacher or school site an ask them to open a Technology Help Desk Work Order. A district technician will respond in a timely manner.  Please note that we will only support district issued devices and district offered services.
