Meet Our Team:

Director of Facilities

Tiffany McMinn, Director of Facilities

Tiffany McMinn is the Director of Facilities for Los Lunas Schools, bringing 17 years of experience in management and construction to the district. A lifelong resident and proud 6th-generation member of the Los Lunas community, Tiffany combines her deep local roots with a forward-thinking approach to facility planning and operations.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tiffany is an avid world traveler who values exploring diverse cultures and perspectives. Alongside her husband, Jim, and their children, she is also passionate about giving back. As a family they volunteer their time to charitable causes through Star Wars costuming organizations, spreading joy and making a positive impact in her community.

Tiffany’s dedication to excellence and her love for her hometown inspire her commitment to ensuring Los Lunas Schools provide exceptional environments for learning and growth.


Supervisor of Maintenance

Ruben Garcia, Supervisor of Maintenance

Ruben is the Supervisor of Maintenance for Los Lunas Schools, bringing over 30 years of experience in facilities and grounds management. Before joining the district, Ruben dedicated a successful career to the Village of Los Lunas Parks Department, where he retired after many years of exemplary service maintaining and improving public spaces.

With a deep commitment to creating safe, functional, and welcoming environments, Ruben oversees the maintenance operations for Los Lunas Schools with a focus on efficiency, quality, and teamwork. His expertise ensures the district’s facilities are well-maintained to support student success and community engagement.

When not working, Ruben enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishes moments with his granddaughter and family.


Custodial Supervisor

Joseph Barela, Supervisor of Custodial

Joseph Barela has been a dedicated facilities maintenance professional for 16 years with Los Lunas Schools. As the Supervisor of Custodial Services, Joseph has demonstrated effective leadership by overseeing custodial operations across school sites and managing the daily operations of the district warehouse.

A lifelong resident of Tomé, Joseph is a proud graduate of Los Lunas High School. He is deeply connected to the community and values the importance of contributing to the district's success.

Joseph is married to his wife, Melissa, and they have two daughters who are also proud graduates of Los Lunas High School. Outside of work, Joseph enjoys spending time with his family and supporting his hometown community. Go Saints!


Paul LeDoux, Supervisor of Construction Management

Paul LeDoux is the Supervisor of Construction Management for Los Lunas Schools, with 39 years of experience in construction and maintenance. He holds a Bachelor's in Operations Management and certifications in welding, electrical contracting, and facility management.

A native of Taos, NM, Paul’s upbringing in a tight-knit community has shaped his values on family, culture, and respect for others. He strives to fosters a collaborative environment within the Maintenance Department to support the district's mission of student success.

Outside of work, Paul prioritizes his faith, family, and his wife, Brenda. He enjoys ranching, outdoor activities, skiing, traveling, exploring new places, and attending live NFL games with family.
